In a blender, combine the white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and crushed ice.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
If the consistency is too thick, you can add more pineapple juice to thin it out, or more ice to thicken it.
Once blended to your desired consistency, pour the mixture into a tall glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and/or maraschino cherry.
Optionally, you can insert a straw for sipping.
