Pina colada

Adjust the ingredients to suit your taste preferences, adding more rum for a stronger drink or more coconut cream for a creamier texture.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz 60 ml white rum
  • 3 oz 90 ml pineapple juice
  • 1 oz 30 ml coconut cream
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • Pineapple wedge and/or maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and crushed ice.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • If the consistency is too thick, you can add more pineapple juice to thin it out, or more ice to thicken it.
  • Once blended to your desired consistency, pour the mixture into a tall glass.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge and/or maraschino cherry.
  • Optionally, you can insert a straw for sipping.
