Pina colada
Adjust the ingredients to suit your taste preferences, adding more rum for a stronger drink or more coconut cream for a creamier texture.
Ingredients
- 2 oz 60 ml white rum
- 3 oz 90 ml pineapple juice
- 1 oz 30 ml coconut cream
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Pineapple wedge and/or maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and crushed ice.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- If the consistency is too thick, you can add more pineapple juice to thin it out, or more ice to thicken it.
- Once blended to your desired consistency, pour the mixture into a tall glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and/or maraschino cherry.
- Optionally, you can insert a straw for sipping.
