Lamb chops

Ingredients
- lb lamb chops
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and thyme.
- Rub the spice mixture into the lamb chops.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add lamb chops to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned.
- Remove lamb chops from the skillet and place them in a baking dish.
- Add white wine, chicken broth, and lemon juice to the skillet.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the lamb chops.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until lamb chops are cooked through.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
